When we launched GALE in 2014, a foundational belief was that data needed to play a more prominent role in marketing. Data to understand audiences, find insights,allow for rapid optimization, and most importantly, data to help tell stories that connect brands with consumers.
Over the years, we've been thoughtful about our growth, and the role data and technology would play in building brands and telling stories that move people. Today, effective storytelling requires both the right supporting technologies (Alchemy, our proprietary customer data platform, and ASK GALE, our survey platform) and the right mix of people, all held together with a dynamic culture. We call ourselves a "Creative Media Consultancy" because we bring business insights to brand storytelling and activate it across every channel. And it has paid off for brands like Chipotle,Santander Bank, Pella, BMW, and so many more who come to us for our smart approach to integrated marketing.
