Sophia has over 15 years of experience developing award-winning campaigns for brands such as Pepsi, Doritos, and Microsoft. Sophia is a strategic advisor for brands looking to drive growth and share through innovative media, CRM, and addressable audience strategy.
Andrew is passionate about bringing relationships, strategy and delivery together to help our clients win. He believes that all relationships should balance ground-breaking innovation with important day-to-day work. Before GALE, he led Multichannel Marketing at Bank of Montreal.

With over 15 years of experience as a strategic business and financial partner to advertising and media executives, Ken has spearheaded organizational change initiatives around corporate restructuring, shared service transition and integration, system conversions, and operations.
GLOBAL HEAD OF MARKETING
As Global Head of Marketing for GALE, Lindsay oversees communications, marketing and new business. She cut her teeth as a journalist in Australia, sparking a curiosity that continues to serve her today. Lindsay previously spent four years at DDB across two continents.
Chief Brand & Experience Officer
Winston leads the creative team in transforming brands with data-driven, innovative marketing. He’s helped companies like Domino’s, Nike, American Express, VW, Target, Michaels, and Chipotle, innovate and grow. He has been named one of Adweek’s 50 Most Indispensable Executives and top 100 people in advertising from the 4As.
President, Gale India
Sanjay (aka SK) is responsible for growth in the Southeast Asia region. With more than 16 years of international experience at companies including Microsoft, Target, and Sapient, Sanjay is an expert in technology consulting, product management, and product marketing.
Executive Creative Director
A 20-year creative veteran, Geoff oversees brand creative from the West Coast. Before joining GALE, he was ECD at TBWA\Media Arts Lab, the bespoke agency for Apple. Geoff’s also a co-founder of SATURDAY MORNING, a nonprofit committed to solving social injustice.
GLOBAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Dina leads Global Program Management, working with teams to achieve goals, and identifying areas for operational improvement. Dina has a strong history of developing processes that are adopted globally, leading high-stakes projects. She has worked on notable brands such as Scholastic, Hasbro, Nike, Samsung, and Verizon.
Chief Technology Officer
With 15+ years of technology experience, Vu has led the end-to-end design and development of B2B and B2C enterprise solution architectures for top-tier clients. He specializes in complex e-Commerce integrations and in developing secure, flexible solutions for clients.
CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER
Ben's focus is on innovative approaches to scaling content in media. Most recently he consulted early stage start-ups and forward thinking media companies. Prior to that he led creative at T Brand for The New York Times. He has been recognized and awarded at Sundance and CES as well as a host of leading creative shows.
Robyn leads our ASK GALE practice and is passionate about bringing direct consumer input into strategy and UX decision-making through a range of primary research techniques. Robyn has a decade of experience in business, marketing, and customer experience strategy.
Erin leads the PR division in establishing meaningful and impactful earned opportunities. With 10 years of industry experience across wine & spirits, beauty, tech, fashion, and more, Erin helps brands of all sizes craft smart-earned media narratives and communication strategies.
Tessa leads the creative production team. She has over 10 years of experience producing bespoke, award-winning content for brands such as Beats by Dre, VW, and Target. She has worked on the agency, publisher, and brand side, and is passionate about creating content.

Patty’s passionate about people. She believes in the potential of the individual and nurturing their unique talents within a collaborative, respectful and inclusive work environment. She comes to Gale with more than 20 years of experience and is dedicated to fostering a company culture where everyone’s voice is heard.
National Media Investment
Linda leads National Video Investment. Her experience includes National Broadcast/Syndication/Cable, VOD, and FEP. Her negotiations have yielded tremendous savings. She has worked on Truth, Keurig / Green Mountain, Foster Grant, DSW, and PVH.
Biddable Media Investment
Max leads our SEO and biddable investment teams bringing a data-focused approach to storytelling. He has worked on clients such as AT&T, Volvo, Dyson, and State Farm in driving digital performance and brand campaigns.
Brad helps lead investment and product with a focus on performance, innovation and problem-solving. He has deep in-platform expertise across biddable and analytics. He’s helped companies like H&R Block, E*TRADE, and Canada Goose.
Executive Creative Director
Jason helps lead a large team of Art Directors, Copywriters, User Experience Designers, and Motion Graphic Artists. Prior to GALE, Jason was ECD at AKQA where he worked on clients like Verizon, Google, MINI, and Chase. Jason’s work has been recognized around the world.
Business Operations & Talent Acquisition
Marsha leads our Operations and Talent Acquisition Teams. She followed her curiosity for the past 19 years into sales, operations, product development and talent, producing the Swiss Army Knife you see today. She believes we do our best work when people with diverse ideas and backgrounds collaborate together.
David (aka the Nortino) is GALE’s Chairman. He spent 13 years as CMO at Harrah’s & Caesars Entertainment where he launched Harrah’s Total Rewards Program – a gold standard in loyalty programs. In 2010, David was named CMO of the year and became a published author.
