About the Role:

We're currently seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a key engagement at GALE. We’re looking for a person who is passionate about digital marketing, creative and social causes. The successful candidate will support the delivery of multiple campaigns from discovery and planning to design and development. They will bring structure and process to a very fluid environment, managing tight timelines, competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

  • Phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team

  • Where relevant for the role, a technical aptitude test. (i.e. for domains in technology, data science, etc.,…)
  • Interview with a member of our team from a different Department than yours.
  • Interview with a member of our Leadership Team.

What You Will Do

  • Creating and owning integrated project plans
  • Managing daily scrums
  • Organizing and maintaining integrated project communications
  • Responsible for supporting the completion of project deliverables on time and on-budget
  • Helping to resolve any project issues
  • Responsible for creation of status reports
  • Clearly communicating project goals and objectives to entire team
  • Fostering an open, communicative, and collaborative work environment
  • Interoffice communications and relationship building are a must at GALE

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years of project management experience producing digital marketing solutions
  • Familiarity with managing creative campaign, CRM and website development projects
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment working with multi-disciplinary teams that include data science, marketing, creative and technology
  • Familiar with the entire project life-cycle starting from onboarding, planning, delivery and on-going maintenance
  • Able to participate in creating business solutions based on general client goals
  • Agile development experience is a bonus
