Media Supervisor, National Video Investment

The Media Supervisor, National Video Investment is responsible for day-to-day operations of client’s national video (linear/digital) investment.

Our Hiring Process

  • Phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager, who will generally be your manager. 
  • Where relevant for the role, a technical aptitude test. (i.e. for domains in technology, data science, etc.)
  • Interview with a member of our team from a different Department than yours.  
  • Interview with a member of our Leadership Team.

What You Will Do

  • Manage day to day operations for a portfolio of clients
  • Assure all client deliverable dates are met
  • Work with the planning team on creation of overall TV/video strategy
  • Support Director and AMD in negotiating Upfront deals/portal
  • Manage a team of buyers and assistants
  • Negotiate and/or oversee negotiation of Scatter deals
  • Negotiate data informed media packages in both linear and digital video
  • Manage creation of Upfront, Pre-Upfront and Scatter presentations
  • Oversee creation of media POV’s
  • Stay current on industry developments, trends and digital video opportunities and measurement
  • Assist in new business ideations, pitch creations, and attend presentations
  • Forge relationships with salespeople and management of media owners
  • Seek out relevant media opportunities for clients

Who You Are

  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Technical proficiency, particularly with Media Ocean and MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of digital video tagging
  • Superior negotiating skills
  • Strong client service and social skills
  • Solutions oriented approach to problem solving
  • Intellectual curiosity and critical decision-making skills
  • Superior presentation skills
  • A minimum of 4 years of national video investment experience
