About the role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, have a background in account management as well as hands-on execution in digital ad platforms, and the ability to handle the day-to-day tasks associated with the management of client accounts. This role is meant for someone with a strong foundation in the marketing/agency world, who seeks a fast-paced environment and supportive mentorship to develop the skills to be a strong manager or leader in this industry.

Our Hiring Process

Our interview process generally consists of the following stages to allow you to meet a range of people from various disciplines and domains. You will be assessed at each stage before being invited to move to the next. 

  • Phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager, who will generally be your manager. 
  • Where relevant for the role, a technical aptitude test. (i.e. for domains in technology, data science, etc.)
  • Interview with a member of our team from a different Department than yours.  
  • Interview with a member of our Leadership Team.

What You Will Do

  • Attending internal and client-facing status calls, managing action items and coordinating tasks among multiple team members and client-side stakeholders
  • Understanding how multiple media channels work together to achieve clients’ goals; communicating with internal media teams to activate campaigns based on client needs
  • For e-commerce clients, understanding business goals and working hands-on in ad platforms to deliver results (with support from senior team members)
  • Updating client-facing performance reports, and sending updates to client in regular emails
  • Ensuring all client deliverables are being met (timelines, goals, budgets, etc.)
  • Interacting with vendors in the planning, negotiating and implementation of plans as needed

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in either digital advertising execution (hands on platform) or digital advertising account management. Agency experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience in digital ad buying platforms (e.g. search, social, display)
  • Experience in Amazon Advertising is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Excel; comfortable with pivot tables and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of basic media metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Direct client contact experience is helpful
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
