What You Will Do

The Programmatic Specialist will develop and apply a working knowledge of media concepts and the role of relevant media channels. Generate reports for planning teams and client deliverables. Assist in campaign set up in platforms. QAing creative tags ahead of launching media buys. Build audience segments and collaborate with internal and external partners.

The Paid Social Specialist will join our growing performance digital team and assist with building, managing, optimizing and analyzing paid social media campaigns for nationally-known brands across social platforms from Facebook to Snapchat. 

The Assistant Media Planner will assist in developing, executing and monitoring media plans for assigned clients. Gather and organize data required to develop strategy and media plans to deliver scope of work.

Hiring Process

  • Phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager, who will generally be your manager
  • Where relevant for the role, a technical aptitude test (e.g. for domains in technology, data science, etc.)
  • Interview with a member of our team from a different Department than yours
  • Interview with a member of our Leadership Team
