About the Role:

The Integrated Media Planner is the day-to-day focal point to the account and is tasked with being well versed in all key accounts agency handles. They will be responsible for research, strategy, and overall budget management of appointed accounts. Must have experience with traditional and digital media.

What You Will Do

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide information about the brand, consumer and marketplace that will create the foundation of the media strategy
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business and the consumer journey
  • Master the use of general and media industry tools and systems
  • Ownership of budget tracking, management and reporting
  • Display application of media knowledge to address media and business challenges
  • Review paperwork necessary for purchase authorizations
  • Manage the resolution of billing discrepancies
  • Active involvement in meetings/brainstorm sessions
  • Meet with media representatives to evaluate opportunities
  • Write POVs and client facing communication
  • Participate in professional development courses

Who You Are

  • Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of agency media planning experience
  • Must have experience in traditional media channels: broadcast, print OOH
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid research and analytical skills, good mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with variety of media tools and software
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines
    and multi-task
  • Ability to work independently but also be a team player
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT)
