We are looking for a Campaign Manager who has the ability to manage campaign performance with the capability to dig into data and define how to make the campaign successful.

· Manage online promotion campaigns
· Create, manage and promote new deals
· Coordinate with creative team, product team and technology team to drive online campaigns
· Manage campaign SLAs and Quality metrics for your accounts
· Work with a team of content and social media experts to build audience for campaigns that deliver powerful messages that align with our partners and the audience’s needs
· Provide strategic advice, conduct media outreach, and promote them across the web and to our members via social media and email
· Monitor effectiveness of sales and performance of the campaigns
· Identify and engage new prospects to expand the existing online marketing strategies
· Optimize monthly budget in various marketing activities
· Single point of contact for content creation working with the branding and product marketing team while sharing best practices
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands
· Minimum 4+ years of hands on experience in campaign management
· Experience in domains programmatic and social advertising (paid media)
· Hands on experience on more than one digital platform. (Ad server / DSP / SSP / DMP)
· Knowledge of the programmatic buying process is required
· Knowledge of HTML5 and basic JavaScript is good to have
· Experience working with analytics tools is required
· Experience working with a digital advertising agency and publisher/agency ad servers (DBM, AppNexus, DCM etc)
· Understanding of Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and Email Marketing
· Excellent client relationship management skills
· Strong proficiency of excel, data gathering and reporting methodologies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good analytical skills and active research skills
· Ability to collaborate across departments like Creative team, Content team, Media Traffickers
· Result oriented and willingness to take ownership
