Today, Business Agency GALE announces the return of Bailey Dougherty as Chief People and Product Officer. This newly created role across dual disciplines will drive two key priorities for the agency: industry-leading innovation and its people-first culture. Dougherty will report to Global CEO Andrew Noel.
With strong experience in strategic leadership, employee experience, and product innovation, Dougherty has spent over twenty years building and scaling high-functioning, collaborative teams. Most recently, she served as Global Head of Professional Services at Arteria AI, driving change and adoption of one of the most powerful AI tools across the financial sector.

On the product side, Dougherty will focus on innovation and road mapping across GALE’s offerings, with particular emphasis on scaling the agency’s proprietary AI tool, Alchemy.AI. Drawing on her most recent experience, she will advance the platform to maximize efficiency, while doubling down on the agency’s commitment to embodying an audience-first, data-driven approach. Her work will deliver best-in-class technology and outcomes for GALE’s full roster of clients, which includes Diageo, Chili’s Grill & Bar, MilkPEP, and more.
In parallel, Dougherty will provide strategic oversight and management across people-focused initiatives, supporting individual and organizational success. GALE invests more than $1 million in employee training and development annually, underscoring its commitment to its own talent. Bailey will build on this foundation in partnership with an already robust team across Organizational Development, Human Resources, People Experience, and DE&I.
