To that end, we’re promoting our very own Sophia Zhang to Managing Director and Business Lead, overseeing East Coast clients. As a prior group account director, Sophia’s led a variety of key clients for us with a focus on addressable and performance marketing. Her passion for our business and mastery of her craft have been inspiring, and we look forward to watching her evolve in this new role.

We’re also excited to welcome management consulting expert Kara Buckley to GALE as Managing Director and Business Lead for our West Coast clients. She comes to us from BCG Digital Ventures, where, as a principal venture architect, she applied data in turning digital upstarts into sustainable brands. Her past experience both client-side at Viking Cruises (as VP of Marketing Planning, and VP of Digital and eCommerce) and in management consulting at McKinsey & Company, further strengthen our foothold as the industry’s only business agency.

Growing leaders who come from brands and consultancies, as well as from within, is core to our model, and we’re grateful these incredible women are steering our commercial leadership teams.
