The Alchemy platform is an internal GALE developed application to aid in delivery efficiency for projects that interact with client (‘our clients’) First Party Databases and various channel partners (various advertising platforms). GALE is a business agency – built to collaborate with brands and drive measurable results through a connected consultancy and agency offering. We bring together the best thinking at the intersection of strategy, data, creative, and technology to change the trajectory of our clients’ businesses.
In this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), we describe how the application collects, uses, and discloses information that we obtain about our client’s customers.
We collect information via client (‘our clients’) and channel partners for use within the Alchemy Platform
Information We Collect Directly from Client Sites:
We collect information via client partners (‘our clients’) based on the needs of the particular engagement, as well as audience engagement data from channel partners (Facebook, AppNexus etc.) at non-unique & non identifiable level of granularity.
Information We Collect from Users of the Application:
The platform is built as an internal application to aid in the deployment, delivery and reporting of online adverting campaigns. Therefor there is no data collected about the users of the application.
Information We Collect Automatically on Our Site:
The application does not collect data automatically; its main purpose is to aggregate data from multiple systems to be used for online adverting campaign optimization. Data is provided to it via marketing and reporting API’s from various channel partner and client partners (‘our clients’)
We use the information that we collect for the following purposes:
We do not share the information we collect or receive with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We provide ad-set level reporting for clients on campaign progress, status and recommendations that align to project goals.
The platform does not track usage, its only purpose is to integrate client (‘our client) provided data with marketing and reporting API data from channel partners.
Our Site and services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites.
If you’d like us to provide access to, update, correct, or delete any personally identifiable information that you have provided on the Site, please send your request to questions@galepartners, and the company will process your request within a reasonable period of time after receipt.
We store personally identifiable information such as email address received from client partners (‘our clients’). You may ask us to delete that information by following the instructions above.
We process information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected as described above. To the extent necessary for those purposes, we take reasonable steps to ensure that any information in our care is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.
We have implemented reasonable security precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.
In addition, we have support for and commitment to achieving compliance with applicable PII protection legislation and/or regulation and with the contractual terms agreed between the organization and its partners, its subcontractors and its applicable third parties (customers, suppliers etc.), which should clearly allocate responsibilities between them.
