Senior Campaign Manager

Media Assembly is looking for a Sr. Campaign Manager with a minimum 3 years of experience working in campaign management, programmatic trading, or equivalent ad tech space. You will report directly to the head of Ad Tech and work alongside our global teams to traffic and execute digital media campaigns, as well as support the programmatic and analytics teams by troubleshooting technical issues, advising on a range of solutions, and ensuring we achieve campaign performance goals. You have broad knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, expertise in Google Campaign Manager, and an aptitude for learning and adapting quickly.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the Ad Tech request queue in Zendesk and work on various ad tech tasks which include trafficking tags, creative upload, Q/A, providing screenshots, reporting, floodlight tags, and pixel setup among others.
  • Setup and execute digital campaigns, monitor and optimize for pacing & performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, live site testing of floodlights and global site tags, and Q/A on media tags and pixels.
  • Work in the IAS platform to wrap tags and setup blocking/monitoring, and manage blocklists for IVT and brand suitability thresholds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients when it comes to delivering on day-to-day campaign trafficking, setup and optimization.
  • Attend client calls alongside the account teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, educate client on ad tech issues, and offer strategic as well as technical solutions on a range of client needs.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a campaign manager or equivalent in the digital media space
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including the functions of Ad Trafficking and CM platforms, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and DMPs.
  • Technical expertise with Google CM and DV360 is required.
  • Deep technical understanding of various tags and pixels including understanding of tag anatomy, wrapping tags, and setting up macros.
  • Experience with creative upload, parameter setup, tagging, targeting, execution, campaign pacing, and performance/KPI deliverables, Understanding of advanced bidding techniques in DSPs, and DCO such as platforms like Double click studio, Sizmek etc. is preferred.
  • Experience working across various channels such as Display, Video, Social, and Search. Hands on experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter etc. is preferred
  • Experience working with 3rd party measurement solutions such as IAS, DV, MOAT, Nielsen, ComScore etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and basic JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficient in excel, data gathering and reporting methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
