About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist who will be responsible for the management and operations of all traffic acquisition initiatives, developing and driving search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and how to adapt best practices in the search field to our client’s business needs.

What You Will Do

  • Develop continuous optimization strategies to improve the performance of organic & paid search strategies
  • Mange and support all SEO initiatives including keyword targeting, content recommendations, website optimization, and link building (external and internal)
  • Manage and track search programs (organic and paid) using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, and 3rd party SEO tools/platforms
  • Assist in defining PPC tactics as they relate to SEO, with internal and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and develop regular trend reports to monitor campaign performances
  • Evaluate and improve upon process efficiencies and identify opportunities to optimize the SEO practice
  • Identify potential partners and build on existing traffic acquisition strategy
  • Collaborate with and support other teams by proposing new strategies based on most current market trends

Who You Are

  • You have a strong knowledge of the best search engine optimization practices
  • Prior experience managing complex SEO strategies in a medium to large-scale, enterprise setting
  • Hold a proven track record managing account performance including ongoing website diagnostics, keyword rankings, dashboard reporting etc.
  • You are adept at running website crawl reports and translating technical findings into actionable, meaningful insights, digestible by the audience regardless of their level of technical knowledge
  • You possess a deeply, strategic POV in the value SEO brings to an integrated marketing approach
  • Understand how to rationalize, extract, evaluate and report on data to guide business decision making
  • You have strong understanding for how paid search compliments organic usage and vice versa
  • You are able to perform quantitative analysis and provide qualitative insights with a strong, analytical mindset
  • You’re a collaborative, team oriented individual adept at working with a range of cross-functional partners supporting performance marketing
