About the role

We are seeking a Search Specialist who can join our growing Performance Marketing team in Bengaluru.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in management of paid search campaigns and reports for assigned clients
  • Develop keyword advertising copy, keyword terms, and campaign strategy following search engine specifications, guidelines and best practices, while meeting client objectives on key performance indicators
  • Manage daily client budgets and keyword bids across search engines
  • Utilize analytics and reporting to extract insights from campaign data, identify relevant trends, and provide well-developed proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed overall client search marketing goals and objectives
  • Generate and present campaign performance reports and communications for clients, including the ability to analyze data and performance, and suggest optimizations as needed
  • Produce client competitive analyses as needed
  • Interpret client requests and translate those requests into actionable business activity
  • Interface/communicate with clients and media vendors as needed
  • May be responsible for other duties as assigned such as supporting new business efforts
  • Evaluate client websites, with a focus on understanding clients’ business, online goals and objectives

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising or a related field
  • Understanding of display media, mobile media platforms, social media and related digital disciplines and their relationships
  • 6-8 years of overall experience required
  • Experience with Analytics (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, etc) is preferred, but not required
  • Strategic, proactive, and creative thinking
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent knowledge of ad serving platforms (Google Ads 360, Bing Ads, GDN)
  • Experience with YouTube, Amazon Search, paid social or other performance media is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and a positive attitude
