About the Role

Working within Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to identify and attract new talent. You are an experienced Recruiter who is passionate about candidate experience, creative in engaging talent, and eager to collaborate with the team.

What You Will Do

As a Recruiter, your key performance indicators would be:

  • Attracting and hiring the best talent in the Media industry
  • Develop and plan recruiting around sourcing, branding, candidate experience and management
  • Be a talent advisor to the business and provide guidance to build great teams
  • Build proactive sourcing to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents and take steps to approach people from diverse backgrounds.

Who You Are

  • 6-8 years of full desk recruitment for the Media team as a Recruiter
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Background and experience in AdTech/ MarTech companies preferred
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies using varies social media platforms for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and highly proficient in Boolean logic
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Hiring Process

You will be assessed at each stage before being invited to move to the next.

  • Phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager, who will generally be your manager
  • Where relevant for the role, a technical aptitude test (e.g. for domains in technology, data science, etc.)
  • Interview with a member of our team from a different Department than yours
  • Interview with a member of our Leadership Team
