About the role

Platform Associate (SFMC) to analyse the strategy, plan and support execution of Email Marketing Journey’s using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget). Responsible for creating, managing, and deploying marketing campaigns - define campaign workflow, set up campaigns, audit, measure, and optimize the journeys. Have knowledge of the entire SFMC suite with experience working with Email studio, Mobile studio, Web studio, and all the builders. Works as a liaison between the account management and operations team to design and deliver high-quality, scalable technical solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Minimum 3+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in a consumer environment (B2C)
  • Email Marketing and marketing automation Experience
  • An in-depth understanding of all relevant SFMC modules including Email Studio, Web Studio, Analytics Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL query development
  • Knowledge AMP Script
  • HTML and CSS exposure
  • Knowledge on Landing page Development
  • Basic knowledge on REST & SOAP API will be a plus

Who You Are

  • 2-3 + years of experience in campaigns management on marketing automation & CRM platforms.
  • SFMC experience/expertise is a must-have
  • Having Knowledge of other platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, and Adobe) is a plus
  • Proven experience in campaign performance optimization
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, and time management skills with an emphasis on high attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to understand business requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently
