​About the role 

We are seeking a passionate and driven Account Supervisor to join one of our premiere, enterprise client teams. This person will provide client facing support and program management for the Client Services team. 

What You Will Do

  • Playing an integral part in building a strategic initiative that will have broad, customer applications for a high value client.
  • Work with clients on supporting key marketing program; fully understanding their customer segments and brand direction
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the client and their industry
  • Working with agency leadership and cross functional teams to install new project components
  • Creating and/or providing feedback on project estimates and timelines
  • Monitoring, documenting and analyzing trends, and making recommendations on how to move client’s businesses forward
  • Learning new technologies and advertising platforms to serve our client’s needs

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of prior agency account management experience
  • Experienced in presenting information both verbally and in writing with excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills
  • Able to manage multiple project deliverables while working with multiple stakeholders
  • Organized, attentive, and detail oriented
  • Possess a flexible personality and have strong problem solving skills

Hiring Process
