About the Role:

We are looking for an Account Manager for the Bangalore office.

What You Will Do

  • Be the Point of Contact for the clients and function as the front-line technical person
  • Understand clients’ marketing objectives and translate to campaigns on different digital advertising platforms
  • Define Quality metrics across accounts and ways to manage and track them
  • Suggest optimisations to manage and track the budget across various marketing activities
  • Run optimisations on the performance of campaigns
  • Solve complex problems around client integrations
  • Participate in QA testing and feedback on new product releases
  • Troubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions
  • Manage and develop client relations through the full life-cycle of the account - on boarding, initial ramp up, ongoing account management, and monthly / quarterly business reviews
  • Explore up-sell opportunities with existing clients
  • Responsible for driving value and business outcomes through strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting, budget / spend optimisation and reporting
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Search, Social, Display / Programmatic and Mobile) and technology

Who You Are

  • Experience in providing technical expertise to mid-market and large enterprise clients to launch and scale campaigns successfully
  • Experience in leading technical client implementations including new product features in any of the domains - programmatic or social advertising (paid media), digital Ad platforms, ad servers and analytics tools
  • Prior experience working on client proposals and presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, experience working with numbers
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills, with a passion for solving customer problems
