About the role

GALE is seeking a goal oriented and driven Account Executive to play an integral role in building crucial, strategic initiatives for our clients.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client and their industry
  • Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines, business areas and regions throughout the organization, as well as agency counterparts on the creative, strategy and production teams
  • Work with a network of partner agencies, leveraging a variety of expertise in support of our clients
  • Provide support across multiple integrated touch points, with heavy involvement in a variety of work streams including video, print/OOH, digital and social
  • Serve as an expert of the business in order to support the team and help the day-to-day business run smoothly

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of experience in advertising or related disciplines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with managing segments of projects or campaigns
  • A love for working with clients, understanding brands and developing long lasting relationships
  • This person is a self-starter who excels at jumping into new and unknown situations and seeks to become a subject matter expert

Hiring Process

You will be assessed at each stage before being invited to move to the next.

  • Phone screen with a member of our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager, who will generally be your manager
  • Where relevant for the role, a technical aptitude test (e.g. for domains in technology, data science, etc.)
  • Interview with a member of our team from a different Department than yours
  • Interview with a member of our Leadership Team
